Problem
You just got a new SSD and were happy to install it. You received software with the SSD to clone your drive. You follow all instructions and all steps went well.
After the software restarted your computer, you are stuck in a blue screen.
Solution
Some software does not take into account that there is a bootloader partition on Windows, which must be correctly selected in the BIOS. After correctly selecting the correct windows in the boot manager, the pc will start up like usual.
Steps
Enter your bios, by using shift+click on restart. Click on advanced and reboot into UEFI.
Search in your bios for boot manager order, this may differ for various motherboard brands. It may also be named ‘Boot Order Priorities’.
